Check out time is 11am. 

Late check-outs will be subject to additional fees

 

Reservations and Cancellations

 

For stays of up to one week, 48 hours cancellation notice will be required. For stays over one week, seven days notice will be required. Anything less will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

 

Info and Policies (Guesthouse Rules)

Guests are expected to respect property and neighbors. This is very important as we live in a beautiful neighborhood in a beautiful city in a beautiful country on a beautiful planet! We hope our guests practice this outside of their visit with us as well.

Any guests found compromising the comfort, safety, or security of neighbors will be required to leave the guesthouse premises and will not be offered a refund.

Bedding and towels are supplied for health and safety reasons. Please, no outside linens allowed. This includes sleeping bags, blankets, pillows, etc.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside Journey’s Perch Guesthouse. Any guests found smoking inside will be charged a cleaning fee. Please smoke in the designated areas outside.

Local noise bylaw is from 11pm – 7am: Please respect the neighborhood

Skis & snowboards ( and other hard goods) are not permitted inside the lodge. We provide ski racks at the front door with locks.

Bicycles are not permitted inside the lodge. We provide secure bike storage in our shipping container on the property.

Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the guesthouse property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible for.

Journey’s Perch Guesthouse accepts no liability for the loss, theft or damage of personal items. Please use lock the front and back door when out to ensure the personal security of belongings.

Lost room keys will be charged a $20 replacement fee. Lost ski-keys will be charged a $25 replacement fee.

Journey’s Perch has a “no pets” policy with the exception of service animals. Early notice and certificate verification will be required for service animals.
